This fresh, light brut reserve is a modern take on traditional cava. It is made of four grape varieties and is dominated by its fruitiness. It is produced strictly 'en blanc' to maintain its traditional lightness while allowing the varieties to show through according to each vintage. This cava is produced following the 'mèthode tradicional' by a family-run company.
