6. No cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable
7. All correct entries received by midnight on March 31st 2010 will be entered into the prize draw
8. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries
9. The Foodepedia’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into
10. The prize winner(s) will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date, and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize
11. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded
12. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 30 working days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize)
