Dominic has collaborated with Executive Chef of One-O-One, Pascal Proyart to create three tasting menus available from tomorrow Thursday 19th to Saturday 21st May. For lunch, the menus will be priced at £39 for four plates and £59 for six plates. For dinner, there will also be an eight plate menu priced at £79. Each menu will incorporate elements of both chef’s distinctive cookery styles.
Diners can expect signature dishes from One-O-One such as the King Crab Royale, made famous by Pascal, served with native lobster, Surrey farm beef, asparagus, bisque and pinot noir; and scallops, langoustines, foie gras laqué, carrot, citrus, vanilla and salty fingers.
The array of dishes from Dominic will include wild rabbit lasagne with wood blewit and chervil; and poached river Loddon rainbow trout with green beans, potato, radish and quail egg. There will also be an optional wine pairing for each menu. The combination of ingredients, flavours and techniques should create an unique dining experience for guests.
