José Pizarro has invited Neil Rankin, owner and chef of Temper Soho and Temper City, to his pub in Esher.
The chefs will cook a BBQ feast on the Big Green Eggs on the outside terrace.
Neil pioneered London’s high-end barbecue scene and is well known for his experimental use of bold flavours, drawing on global influences.
The chef is also the author of the groundbreaking book “Low and Slow: How to cook meat”, the book launched in May 2016 to high acclaim by chefs and critics as a definitive guide to meat cookery.
Join them for a fun night with a selection of three big main courses - meat, fish and vegetarian dishes - cooked on the Big Green Egg, salads and side dishes, plus classic Spanish tapas such as 5J Jamón Ibérico, pan con tomate, croquetas and padrón peppers.
Seats will be communal and all guests will be invited to chose their food from the Banquet prepared by the chefs, just like any BBQ
Seats are limited and tickets include VAT but drinks are not included.
