Nobu Berkeley ST is calling all keen gourmands to be part of its inner circle for a ‘Tastemakers’ dinner on Wednesday 12th June at the Lounge Bar.
Nobu chefs will present an innovative selection of never-before-tried dishes, inviting diners to taste-test and choose their favourite dishes for July’s Omakase menu.
On arrival, Tastemakers can sip on a welcome cocktail and choose a name for it. To follow, guests will enjoy five courses of immaculately presented dishes from the sushi bar and kitchen.
Each course will see two versions go head-to-head, sharing the same base ingredient but differing in terms of flavour and presentation.
Guests will try ten tasting-sized dishes in total, from sea bream to ribeye and king crab to sea bass.
As food critics for the evening, Tastemakers will put their culinary expertise to the test and score each dish out of ten. Dishes with the highest collective rating will feature on the Omakase menu for July.
This special evening is part of a series of Tastemaker dinners throughout the year, underscoring Nobu’s continued commitment in valuing the opinions of its most loyal and new customers.
Tastemakers at Nobu Berkeley ST will be held on 12th June 2019 in the Lounge Bar from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, priced at £100 per person including a cocktail on arrival, two tasting-sized portions of five courses and half a bottle of wine.
