Overseen by Head Chef, Frank Lebiez, menu options at the Waterloo Brasserie range from canapés to buffets, to full sit-down meals. Canapés are one of Waterloo Brasserie’s specialities. Enjoy tastes of pan fried scallops on black pudding served with a Mandarin and rosemary sauce, for example. The inventive and delicious selection is priced at just £15 for 15 items/per person (£12 for 10 items/per person and £10 for 7 items/per person).
Sit down menus range from £30 to £55 per head. Waterloo Braserie is also running a special Christmas lunch offer for £37 per person, comprising a three-course meal, half a bottle of house wine, and mineral water.
