Following the success of last year’s female guest chef series, J. Sheekey Atlantic Bar is delighted to announce the line-up for 2017.
Kicking off the series on 25th April is Anna Tobias, who was named in The Observer Food Monthly’s annual list of 50 trends, people, places and food to look out for in 2017. Having commenced her career working with esteemed chef Jeremy Lee at the Blueprint Cafe, Anna later worked at the Michelin-starred River Café for three years before being appointed Head Chef at Rochelle Canteen.
The final event will take place on 27th June with cookery author and television chef Ching He Huang. Born in Taiwan and raised in South Africa and the UK, Ching champions a dynamic approach to Chinese cooking. She combines traditional Chinese cookery methods taught by her grandparents, with contemporary innovation using organic and ethically sourced ingredients.
