Options, including a nutritious quinoa, pickled vegetables and roasted squash salad, a gingery carrot soup made with carrot, ginger and almond oil, and a crunchy goji salad with cabbage, fresh ginger, goji berry and dry fruits cider vinegar dressing, have all been designed to tantalise the taste buds.
