Skylounge, the rooftop bar and restaurant situated at the top of the DoubleTree by Hilton, Tower of London, is unveiling a brand new brunch menu this Saturday.
From the exotic French toast with a coconut encrusted brioche and guava puree mascarpone (£8), to the classic smashed avocado and poached eggs on sourdough (£10), to the roasted salmon fillet served with pearl barley and asparagus (£18), there is plenty for guests to choose from!
For £38 per person, diners can go bottomless and enjoy 90-minutes of free-flowing Bolla Prosecco alongside two courses from the brunch menu, all while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of some of London’s most iconic buildings, including the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Shard and The Gherkin.
