The Dim Sum is available in a range of varieties including steamed, steamed & pan fried and fried, to suit all tastes.
The steamed dim sum include the well known, Spicy Prawn Money Bags and the Black Cod Dumplings while the steamed and pan fried dim sum include Lamb Szechuan and Beef & Foie Gras and the fried dumpling choice includes Prawn Spring Rolls or Duck Winglets.
All of these dishes come with 4 pieces per serving priced at £45 for 3 kinds of dim sum, £65 for 5 kinds or £85 for 8 kinds of dim sum.
