Steven will bring his expertise and knowledge to create a little slice of the dorset countryside with an 8 course tasting menu. It will reflect both River Cottage’s and The Imperial’s common interest of sustainability and locally sourced produce where ever possible.
Steven Lamb has been at River Cottage for a decade and is recognised as one of the linchpins of the whole operation. He teaches on several courses at the Cookery School, specialising in curing and smoking which will be showcased on the menu at The Imperial.
