This Christmas at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, guests can enjoy a selection of celebratory menus and wine pairings created by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet.
The Christmas Day menu features dishes such as the ‘Hand-dived Sea Scallop, cauliflower’, ‘Fillet of Turbot, Swiss chard and citrus’ and ”Jaune des Landes’ capon, truffled ‘caillette’, cranberries’.
Guests can also choose the semi-private Table Lumière which, surrounded by a veil of 4,500 shimmering fibre optic lights, is an enchanting dining experience for up to 6 people. Guests dining in Table Lumière have the option to choose from a rare selection of vintage Hermès crockery to create their own table setting.
