Soho’s house and home of live music is one of the last remaining independent, late night venues of London’s original hedonistic neighbourhood.

Split over two storeys of one of the street’s historic townhouses, request-based live music is all performed by a rotation of bands, musicians, and artists.

There’s a bar with wallet-friendly happy hours; a top kitchen team delivering dinners and a selection of spaces available to make your own..

The newly refurbished townhouse has a stage on the ground floor as a main base for bands with beats and bass from five-piece bands and piano vocalists or there arequieter nooks on the lower level near the secondary bar.

Throughout the week an eclectic assortment of acts and tracks take centre stage ranging from pop and rock through to lounge and contemporary jazz with a vinyl-only DJ on later in the evenings.

Meanwhile weekends offer a distinctive playlist all of their own with Brunch to the Beat. Support acts of cocktails and food make it the ideal spot to party into the early hours while calmer souls to come for chilled after-work drinks and date nights.

Take a request slip from the tables or bar, fill in your song choice, hand it to a member of the team who’ll pass it onto the talent.

Happy Hours last from opening ‘til 8pm every night Sunday-Friday, and on Saturdays from midday-2pm and 4pm-7pm. 2-4-1 cocktails are available all night long Sunday to Wednesday, while Wine Wednesdays uncork all bottles of house wine at half the price from 5pm until closing time.

Small plates include Asian Papaya Salad, Burrata with roasted aubergine and pepper caponata salad, or pan-roasted King Prawns wrapped in bacon confit garlic sauce.

Large plates offer Miso-Glazed Salmon with mixed vegetables, tender Rare Duck Breast with potato gratin, comforting vegan Shepherd’s Pie with puy lentils or a classic Aged Sirloin Steak with french fries.
