Inspired by the mythical feasts of Mount Olympus, the immersive seasonal experience transforms the restaurant into a celebration of Greek mythology beneath Damien Hirst’s iconic crystal-encrusted Pegasus.
The experience is designed to evoke the grandeur of the gods. A specially curated menu pays tribute to Greece’s culinary heritage while embracing Brasserie of Light’s signature contemporary style.
To begin, the menu features elevated interpretations of classic Greek favourites. The Taramosalata combines smoked cod roe, trout roe, dill oil and crisp seeded flatbread, while Loukaniko pairs traditional Greek sausage with tahini yoghurt, roasted aubergine, peppers and fragrant orange zest. Burrata me Suka kai Rodi balances creamy burrata with caramelised figs, rocket pesto and pomegranate molasses for a vibrant dish that captures the flavours of the Mediterranean.

The centrepiece of the menu is Arnaki me Melitzana, with a tender lamb rump served alongside smoked aubergine, feta, tomato, fennel seed, garlic and cinnamon.
Dessert is equally indulgent. Pagoto Greek Yoghurt layers frozen yoghurt parfait with strawberry compote, crisp kataifi pastry, pistachio, fragrant rose and wild Greek honey.
Each cocktail has been inspired by a legendary figure from Ancient Greece. The Gift of Athena celebrates the olive tree with a blend of Tanqueray London Dry Gin, St-Germain, olive oil, lemon and hot honey, while The Spartini reimagines the classic dirty martini using feta-washed Lillet Blanc and olive brine.
Elsewhere, A Thousand Ships pays homage to Helen of Troy with sparkling notes of Tanqueray Seville Gin, rose and fig liqueurs, citrus and prosecco, while The Enchantress draws inspiration from the mythical sorceresses Calypso, Circe and Medea, combining Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Italicus, basil syrup and lime in a vibrant, herbaceous serve.
For those looking to fully embrace the spirit of Greece, the drinks menu also includes a carefully selected range of Greek wines, from crisp volcanic whites to refreshing rosés sourced from celebrated regions including Monemvasia and Tyrnavos.
Adding another layer of escapism, guests who order one of the mythology-inspired cocktails will also have the chance to win a luxury escape to Mykonos through Brasserie of Light’s partnership with Quintessentially Travel, bringing the experience beyond the dining table and into the heart of the Aegean.
Olympus Summer Specials are available at Brasserie of Light for a limited time from Tuesday 7th July until 1st September 2026.
