This July, The Broadcaster is continuing its Rooftop BBQ Series, with its second edition taking place on 26th July in collaboration with Made in Chelsea’s David Templer.
Working alongside The Broadcaster’s Executive Chef Rich, David has created a one-day-only BBQ menu celebrating his Temps Taste Co. Chicken Salt, bringing on the restaurant’s fourth-floor rooftop overlooking the iconic Television Centre.

Running from 12pm–5pm, the all-you-can-eat BBQ is priced at £35 per person, with David on-site throughout the afternoon.
Highlights from the menu include Shire’s Farm herb-fed chicken, fire-grilled beef fillet, smoked Iberico pork ribs and grilled seabass, alongside seasonal salads, pit-smoked roast potatoes, beer and honey poached sweetcorn finished with Temps Taste Co. Chicken Salt, and a Strawberries & Clotted Cream 99 dessert.
To accompany the feast, The Broadcaster has partnered with Windrush 1027 Rum on an exclusive cocktail menu, featuring the signature Temps Bloody Mary alongside a Spiced Mojito, Strawberry Daiquiri, Mai Tai, Dark & Stormy and Rum Old Fashioned.
