KOKUM, East Dulwich’s Indian restaurant, is bringing back some of its most popular hands-on Indian cookery masterclasses, following their previous success.

Led by Chef Sanjay Gour, whose impressive career includes time at Michelin-starred restaurants including Gymkhana, the masterclasses offer guests the chance to get behind the scenes of Indian cooking and learn the secrets of the trade directly from the chef.

Each session is fully hands-on, with guests learning how to cook three iconic dishes from scratch, before sitting down together to enjoy what they’ve made. Guests will also take home a goodie bag filled with essential ingredients, alongside beautifully printed recipe cards to help recreate the dishes at home. Tickets cost £110 per person and can be booked through KOKUM’s website.
