Noodle & Beer – the Sichuan spice restaurants in Chinatown and Spitalfields are celebrating the auspicious Mid-Autumn festival with a range of mooncakes and pairing cocktails.
It’s three cocktails for three mooncakes plus a limited-edition 2026 deluxe mooncake gift-set on offer till the 25th of September.
Noodle & Beer’s beautifully crafted mooncakes are available in three sweet flavours (Custard, Chocolate and Matcha) at both Spitalfields and Chinatown sites this season.
To coincide, Noodle & Beer has created three new mixologist-created cocktails to pair with the medley of mooncakes.
· Matcha Made in Heaven (Don Q Reserva 7 Rum, coconut milk, matcha tea, cacao), to pair with the matcha mooncake
· Strawberry Velvet (Don Q Reserva 7 Rum, cacao, strawberry and coconut milk), to pair with the chocolate mooncake
· Full Moon Whisky Sour (Toki whisky, yuzu, lemon and sugar), to pair with the custard mooncake
The mooncakes can also be enjoyed alongside the Noodle and Beer menu or in a gift set. Each gift set, priced at £75 includes a handcrafted Longquan Celadon Cup, paired with a bamboo lantern stand, and an elegant greeting card. Inside you’ll find four exquisitely crafted artisan mooncakes:
