The Westin London City has partnered with Aromatherapy Associates to create an afternoon tea served in Mosaic, the hotel’s signature restaurant

This exclusive experience forms part of Aromatherapy Associates 40 th anniversary celebrations Founded in London, Aromatherapy Associates are renowned for their use of essential oils to support mental and physical well-being.
The new afternoon tea menu, curated by The Westin’s Head Chef Fabio de Paolis, reimagines the quintessential British tradition through the aromatic lens of Aromatherapy Associates’ signature ingredients.
The menu features a selection of sandwiches, scones and pastries inspired by the brand’s essential oils, with dedicated vegan and vegetarian menus available.
Savoury highlights include Ginger & Orange-Infused Prawn Cocktail in a Mini Bun; Burford Egg, Black Pepper & Rosemary in a Rolled Brown Bread and Peking Duck & Camomile Mayonnaise in a Bao Bun. Freshly baked scones – Plain, Citrus and Ginger – are served with a bitter orange marmalade and traditional accompaniments, while sweet offerings include Hazelnut Financier, Mascarpone & Nougatine; Peach, Raspberry & Rose Torte and Lemon & Rosemary Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Cake.
Guests can enjoy JING tea blends such as Deep Relax, infused with chamomile, sandalwood and vetiver, and De-Stress Mind featuring chamomile, frankincense and petitgrain.
Each tea is designed to deliver specific wellness benefits, for example Deep Relax soothes the senses and promotes restful sleep.
Guests will be welcomed with a warm, delicately scented towel infused with an aromatic blend designed to refresh the senses and promote relaxation, introducing a signature spa ritual to the dining journey.
The new afternoon tea can also be enjoyed as part of a curated bundle combining the dining experience with restorative treatments at the hotel’s Heavenly Spa.
The Aromatherapy Associates Afternoon Tea Package starts with a rejuvenating 30-minute massage, followed by a 30- minute facial, before the afternoon tea at Mosaic.
