Meinklang Pinot Noir Frizzante Prosa 2015 (Vintage Roots £11.95) has something of a sweet personality and just enough bubbles to tickle the palate.

It’s a real contender for a party buffet featuring spicy dishes.  

With a low 10.5% alcohol and suitability for a vegan diet, this is surely the summer-fun wine to please everybody.
