New for the Summer season is a Botanical Cocktail Menu, showcasing a creative blend of florals, herbs, and spices. Guests can treat themselves to a Botanica made with Suze French Liqueur, Paragon labdanum cordial, dry Nolin vermouth reduction, and Peychaud’s bitters; the El Curandero, a bold highball featuring tamarind cordial, hoja santa acidic tea brew, silver tequila, spicy coconut milk, and habanero bitters; or a Jasmine Vesper Martini, reimagining a classic with off-dry Riesling, jasmine cordial, vodka and gin. These refreshing creations are served daily from 5 pm.
To complement the cocktails, the Nobu Bar & Terrace All-Day Menu is available from 12 pm until close, Monday to Friday, and from 5pm on weekends.
The menu features light, seasonal dishes for al fresco dining — including salads, tacos, poke bowls, ceviche, sliders, sushi, and sashimi. Or come with a friend and try the Taste of Nobu, available Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 5:30 pm, priced at £75 for two to share, featuring signature Sashimi and Nigiri, Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls, Shrimp and Dragonfruit Ceviche, Black Cod Butter Lettuce, Umami Chilean Sea Bass, and Yellowtail Tempura Amazu Ponzu.

On weekends, the garden retreat transforms into a summer brunch destination as Nobu’s iconic bottomless brunch goes Al Fresco for the first time.
Brunch goers can enjoy Edamame & Padron Peppers with Mint Miso to start before indulging in a Nobu Signature Dish with choices such as Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Salmon Dry Miso, Grilled Beef Balsamic Teriyaki, Umami Chicken, and more.
Alongside this guests can experience unlimited access to Crispy Rice, Assorted Sushi and Sashimi, Nobu Taco Bar and a handroll station. To round off the experience, diners can enjoy a dessert buffet.
Available every Saturday (12 pm – 4:30 pm, last seating at 2:30 pm) and Sunday (12:30 pm – 5 pm, last seating at 3 pm) and over the May Bank Holiday Mondays (12 pm – 4:30 pm, last seating at 2:30 pm) from just £90pp
