The Dark Horse launched earlier this year in the Camden Stable block, located a stone’s throw from Primrose Hill and Kentish town.
This no-nonsense, old-fashioned boozer and music listening pub has a menu menu created by Stephen Tozer and Ed Brunet of Le Bab and Kebab Queen, puttingh Michelin training into vintage pub classics and offering unpretentious old school pub food reminiscent of where they were brought up in the north of England.

In line with this, the team have invited Michelin starred chef, Lee Wescott to head up the kitchen on Thursday 12th
June. Lee’s approach to his menus is driven by focusing on the British seasons and celebrating the best produce the British Isles has to offer.
Many of his previous ventures have focused on a farm to table ethos, where Lee and his teams utilised the abundance of space within the restaurant, while using classical cooking techniques, keeping his food innovative and thought provoking, but ultimately delicious at the forefront of his approach.
Lee will be serving up a 4 course meal on the evening of the 12th from 7pm with pre booking essential. True to the nature of the pub, a DJ will be spinning tunes throughout with music carefully curated by Tape London.
