This winter, workspace and members’ club The Ministry, opens its doors to the general public to experience Christmas south of the river.

Born from the iconic Ministry of Sound, The Ministry brings that same spirit of creativity and connection to the festive season, transforming its 50,000 sq. ft Victorian printworks into a destination for celebration, music and winter warmth.

In collaboration with Finnish drinks brand Lonkero, the heated terrace has been transformed into a snow-dusted lodge with throws and blankets, an open fire and a bespoke winter cocktail menu. To spread even more festive cheer, The Ministry will be running the ‘Lonk’O’Clock’ from Mondays through to Fridays at 5:30pm, where guests will enjoy 50% off the cocktail menu at that time, against the backdrop of snowfall.

Perfect for after-work tipples with friends or a new spot for cosy date-night drinks.  The Ministry is launching a weekly rotation of festive dishes that put creativity centre stage. Think game sausage rolls with a seasonal twist, mushroom arancini with roasted chestnut and sage, and irresistible crumbed camembert finished with cranberry jam, all designed to make winter lunches and late-night bites feel a little more decadent.

The drinks programme brings the same energy: classic hot serves such as mulled wine, sloe mulled cider, hot Bailey’s chocolate and hot toddies, alongside innovative seasonal cocktails imagined by The Ministry’s mixologist. Standouts include The Champberry with tequila blanco, cranberry and champagne, and The Spiced Pear, a warming blend of spiced rum, pear and cinnamon.
