With the arrival of spring, brunch at Bōkan 37 offers a refined dining experience set high above the city skyline.
Available every Saturday from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, guests are invited to enjoy a leisurely start to the weekend, accompanied by seasonal cuisine, free-flowing beverages, and panoramic views across London.

Perched above Canary Wharf, Bōkan literally offers an elevated brunch experience, making it an ideal setting for relaxed gatherings, special occasions, or indulgent weekend dining.
Executive Chef Robert Manea has curated a three-course menu that combines classic flavours with contemporary flair. Signature dishes include truffle scrambled eggs with wild mushrooms; crispy egg served with smoked salmon and crème fraîche; shredded beef short rib accompanied by waffle, fried egg, and raclette cheese; and shakshuka with feta cheese and focaccia. For those seeking a more indulgent option, the Bōkan Wagyu Burger is a notable highlight, offering a rich and satisfying dining experience.
Dessert selections feature sticky toffee pudding with whiskey caramel sauce and Chantilly cream, alongside a raspberry and coconut pancake cake served with piña colada sorbet. Guests who prefer a savoury conclusion may opt for a curated selection of artisan cheeses accompanied by quince marmalade.
The three-course brunch menu is priced at £45 per person. An additional £19 per person provides 90 minutes of bottomless prosecco, white wine, or red wine.
