The chances of us being able to hit the slopes are going down quicker than a beginner on a black run, but until 23rd December yearning après- ski goers can embrace the spirit of all things alpine at the CÎROC Chalet, a pop up in Flat Iron Square.

Foodepedia were invited to test the event which promises to be a ‘one off experience’.

Hosted in an idyllic Christmas lodge, and decorated with all the trimmings, guests are treated to an
array of winter cocktails, all of which have been expertly curated for the pop-up.

Such treats include the Kir Collins (CÎROC Premium Vodka, Cassis, lemon juice, soda), CÎROC Snow Cone (CÎROC Premium Vodka, vanilla), and the Portes Du Soleil Highball, an indulgent concoction of rosewater, lemon juice,
ginger beer, sea salt and, CÎROC’s recently launched limited-edition flavour, CÎROC Pomegranate.

To raise the altitude even further, alongside selected live DJ sets, on Friday and Saturday evenings,
guests are invited to order a CÎROC trolly table experience- choose from three different après-
themed flavour modifiers and get your drink shaken into a frozen glass from a haze of dry ice.

Whilst the prices do not deviate much from those found on the slopes, the CÎROC Chalet we found
certainly delivers a great evening out before Christmas.

This is undoubtedly complemented by an extensive array of tasty street vendors, all of which are within a few yards of each other.

Handily located a stone’s throw away from London Bridge, CÎROC Chalet proves to be a good excuse
for an after-work moment, a cosy spot for catch-up drinks with friends, and, for the party-goers
amongst us, an Instagram-worthy, lively night out.
