Caviar House Sake & Sushi menu is available from 1st September under the guidance of Executive Chef Neil Santiago.

Traditional offerings include Tuna, Salmon and Prawn Sashimi alongside  Nigiri (including a caviar option, of course), complemented by contemporary favourites such as Spicy Tuna Rolls and California Rolls.

The pinnacle is  Chef Santiago’s Signature Chutoro Caviar Maki – a creation that marries golden Prunier Osciètre Caviar with Uni, Chutoro and fresh vegetables. It’s a seamless fusion of French caviar expertise with Japanese culinary precision, creating what is possibly London’s most luxurious sushi experience.

Caviar House has partnered exclusively with Sake ONO Junmai Daiginjo, a distinguished sake that represents a modern expression from Japan’s oldest Niigata brewery, balancing centuries-old tradition with contemporary innovation.

The sake’s characteristics – silky and dry with delicate notes of honeydew, lemon peel, and white flowers – provide the perfect counterpoint to both the rich intensity of caviar and the clean flavours of premium sushi.

Launching 1st September exclusively at Caviar House, Piccadilly, the Sake & Sushi menu will be available alongside Caviar House’s existing offerings, allowing guests to experience both traditional caviar service and contemporary Japanese artistry within the same elegant Piccadilly setting.
