Spread across multiple levels on Curtain Road, 45 London is where guests can move from co-working areas and lounges, events spaces, to a late-night club & lounge, and spa and wellness sanctuary. At the centre is signature restaurant, 45 Curtain Road, led by Executive Chef Alex Furusawa-Cadoni.
45 Curtain Road is a Japanese chophouse with Mediterranean influences using the finest local and Japanese seasonal ingredients. Showcasing an array of sharing plates, the menu has flame-grilled cuts at its core, from T-bone and ribeye steaks to pork chops all complemented by a selection of sustainably sourced seafood and fish.
Designed for sharing, standout dishes include Japanese milk bread with sobrasada, yuzu and honey, crystal prawn tempura with Burford egg and sesame tare, and parlourde clams with yuzu kosho and garlic oil. Larger plates from the Josper grill showcase flame and flavour , from grilled turbot and whole blue lobster with sansho butter to the showstopping Rubia Gallega ribeye steak.
To finish, desserts reimagine familiar favourites with twists — think burnt miso and yuzu cheesecake, matcha churros with hojicha dulce de leche, and even a playful jamón ice cream with sherry and yuzu olive oil. The cocktail menu mirrors the kitchen’s creativity, with globally inspired serves such as Fogo (vodka, tequila, lychee and matcha), Luna Hana (Roku Gin, lavender, violet and green tea), and Mamma Mia, a bright blend of rose, hibiscus, Campari and coffee.
