The Victoria opening ushers in a year of celebrations for the brand, which continues to grow while staying true to its roots: relaxed weekend brunches, mezze-style sharing plates, free-flowing Greek wine, and East-Mediterranean warmth..

To mark the launch, Brother Marcus Victoria will be offering 100 complimentary breakfast pitas every day from Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 January, available to enjoy on site before 11am. Guests can choose from a tempting selection including Feta & Spinach, Double Crispy Bacon, Kofta & Egg, and Bacon, Sausage & Egg pitas. It’s a menu a menu inspired by co-founder Tasos Gaitanos’ Cretan heritage, featuring bold mezze dishes rooted in family recipes.
Brunch highlights include the Tsoureki brioche with tahini custard, cheesecake cream, almonds, and rose dukkah; Sweet Potato Fritters with avocado, crispy kale, confit garlic yoghurt, and a poached egg; and the much-anticipated Fried Chicken Rosti, featuring kefir-fried chicken, crispy potato rosti, and fried eggs finished with kasundi jam.
The mezze menu offers dishes such as pan-fried halloumi with prune and clementine reduction, charred celeriac with dill and lemon aioli, and smoked Greek feta sausage with aubergine bayildi and herb salad.
Cocktails include the Mavro Daiquiri, made with Planteray 3 Stars rum, blackberry, ginger, and lime. Desserts showcase East-Med favourites such as a Baklava sandwich with pistachio ice cream and honey cream, and a Kataifi cheesecake served with Corinthian raisins, preserved lemon curd, and cocoa tuile. A curated selection of Greek wines, specialty coffee, and fresh smoothies will also be available throughout the day.
Sustainability has been embedded at every stage of the build, with the site believed to be the first restaurant in the UK to use fully plastic-free paint throughout.
