Ullinish Country Lodge is now offering more than an ordinary weekend break – an opportunity to capture wild deer on camera while taking a hike through some of Skye’s most beautiful scenery.

Set within a rural landscape of Skye, the five-star Ullinish Lodge boasts an AA three-rosette restaurant and six luxurious bedrooms. Most importantly Ullinish Lodge offers the photography stalking session and opportunities to see local wildlife such as  red deer, porpoises and sea eagles.

Keith Jackson, a local crofter and deerstalker, will take guests on a hiking trip followed by a seasonal feast of a six-course tasting menu, including venison stalked by the guide, all prepared by head chef Richard Massey.

The weekend finishes with breakfast menu on Sunday morning including smoked sea trout, Achilitibuie kipper, and porridge, as well as the traditional full Scottish breakfast.

This weekend break is a great opportunity for guests to find out where their food really comes from and make long lasting memories all captured in photographs.
