This year Spring Garden restaurant at the Chelsea Flower Show welcomes critically acclaimed Spanish chef José Pizarro to its team, to work alongside chef patron Skye Gyngell for the third year at the residency.
The sought-after culinary experience, headlining RHS Chelsea Flower Show, has opened ticket sales for 2025.
Known for its ‘straight from the earth’ food offering, Spring Garden has earned iconic status in recent years, after captivating guests with simple, yet extraordinary dishes that incorporate sustainability at the heart.
Open during RHS Chelsea (20th – 24th May), Spring Garden is a collaboration between luxury London caterer AP&Co and celebrity chef Skye Gyngell, with renowned restaurateur José Pizzaro joining the team for 2025.
While Skye, will continue to lead the farm-to-fork menu, and selecting seasonal produce that celebrates simplicity and elegance, José will bring his signature blend of traditional and contemporary Spanish influences, focusing on the bolder flavours.
This year, the team has hinted at a menu rich in seasonal ingredients such as asparagus, lovage and heritage citrus, boasting strong flavours and vibrant aromas.
Situated within the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea, Spring Garden offers a unique dining experience, where guests can unwind against a serene perennial backdrop.
Open for both private and corporate bookings, the Spring Garden chalets marry together the natural world with London’s fine dining scene.
Spring Garden packages incorporate access to a range of entertainment including live music, nature walks, wine pairings and more.
