Yolk, the quality-led sandwich and coffee brand is opening its 10th store today on 14 May — a new flagship at 90 High Holborn. 

To celebrate the milestone, Yolk is rolling out a month of opening offers — starting with 50% off everything from 14–16 May, just by using code YOLKYES at checkout.

From there, customers who sign up to BrewClub can unlock even more half-price goodness:

The Holborn site is the first to showcase the full Yolk 2.0 experience: an open kitchen where dishes are assembled in front of you, digital menu boards, a more intuitive service flow, and a vibrant new brand identity that brings even more joy to the everyday. It’s fresh, fast food — with flavour and flair.

The new menu is led by Yolk’s signature, fresh ciabatta sandwiches – with ingredients made in-house, from scratch, every single day.

New favourites include the Crying Tiger Steak (bavette steak, nam jim mayo, coriander, crispy shallot, pink pickled onion and lettuce), Buffal’oumi (halloumi, avocado, secret sauce, ranch and lettuce), and Chicken’esco (freshly-roasted chicken, romesco sauce, fresh herb mayo, tomato, crispy shallot, pink pickled onion, rocket).

Of course, the Yolk’s classics will still be up for grabs including the Steak Bearnaise (bavette steak, house bearnaise, caramelised balsamic onion, fresh rocket) and the Bang-Bang Shroom (freshly-roasted mushrooms, almond bang-bang sauce, kimchi, soy-tahini slaw, coriander, sesame). 

For the morning crowd, Yolk’s fine coffee game continues using quality ingredients including the likes of Caravan coffee beans, Estate Dairy milk and ceremonial-grade matcha.
