The Soho restaurant Bébé Bob, renowned for its luxurious take on rotisserie chicken, introduces a new addition to its menu: a succulent 12-hour brined chicken burger with caviar.
Encased in a crunchy, spiced coating, the chicken is topped with a perfectly cured egg yolk and a generous spoon of Oscietra caviar.
A balance of fiery gochujang mayo and crunchy pickled cabbage adds vibrancy and depth, all served in a toasted brioche bun with a side of Bébé Bob’s classic French fries.


To elevate the experience further, guests can pair the burger with Bébé Lyan Martini, the signature cocktail conceived by internationally acclaimed bartender Mr Lyan (Aka Ryan Chetiyawardana).
The cocktail, much like the burger, balances elegance and bold character, rounding out an experience that’s both playful and flavourful. Bébé Bob is where French technique meets contemporary touches.
