Guests at The Cavendish can enjoy a glass of chilled Champagne and two freshly shucked oysters for just £18, served with a choice of lemon, classic mignonette or Tabasco.

The offer is available Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 5pm, in the dining lounge. 

This launch comes with the arrival of The Cavendish’s new Summer Menu, a seasonal update that showcases refined, produce-led dishes perfect for the warmer months.

Highlights include sous vide veal loin with confit egg yolk cream and shaved summer truffle, Sea Bream with fennel sauce, cherry tomatoes, agretti, chives and samphire butter, and a summery crispy aubergine lingot with soy glaze, pickled ginger and sesame.

Puddings highlights are the peach mousse with fresh basil and black sesame crumble or a Strawberry Eton Mess with wild strawberry sorbet.

The drinks list has also had a summer refresh, with a new range of low-waste, high-flavour cocktails crafted in-house using seasonal herbs and house infusions. Highlights include the Ice Cream Hopper – a playful, dessert-style drink blending white chocolate liqueur, menthe verte, pistachio and vanilla ice cream – and the Bruschetta Martini, a bold, savoury serve made with olive oil-washed vodka and basil-infused tomato brine.
