Until 30th October, the historic King’s Cross restaurant celebrates German culture, cuisine and bier.
German Gymnasium have once again partnered with James Clay and Sons to provide two authentic German brews throughout the festival: Warsteiner and König Ludwig, promising guests a true taste of Germany right in the heart of London.
Oktoberfest Spezialitäten

German Gymnasium has an exclusive Oktoberfest Spezialitäten menu specially curated by Head Chef Alex Thiel for the occasion. Throughout Oktoberfest, guests can indulge in hearty classics such as Schweinebraten, a Roast Pork Collar with Red Cabbage and Dark Beer Sauce, and the Rinderroulade, a Braised Beef Roulade with Red Cabbage and a Bread Dumpling. All best served alongside some steins. The special menu will be available downstairs at the Grand Café and on the outdoor terraces from 11:30am daily throughout the Oktoberfest celebrations, until October 31st.
Ooompah Oompah!
The Ooompah band will perform the iconic Oktoberfest toast, “Ein Prosit” (I Salute You), every Friday evening throughout the festival. Guests are encouraged to raise their steins and join in the celebration. Early booking is highly recommended to secure a spot for this unmissable experience.
