JANG at The Royal Exchange is celebrating Christmas with a creative fusion of Korean, Japanese and European flavours.

Set within the historic Royal Exchange, JANG’s interiors transform into a festive haven during the holidays – with soft lighting, floral arches, and intimate tables that make it an ideal setting for group dining and Christmas parties in the heart of the City.
The à la carte menu features a limited-edition festive special – a beautifully presented Sashimi Wreath with Tuna, Salmon and Sea Bass (£19), followed by a Duck Crown glazed with Yuzu and roasted winter vegetables (£79 for two), and a comforting Hotteok with pear compote and brown butter cream (£12) to finish.
For group celebrations, JANG offers two distinct set menus:
- Korean & Japanese Menu (£75): Highlights include Gochujang-Glazed Turkey Leg, Doenjang-Glazed Pork Belly, and a Korean Christmas Trifle.
- European Menu (£95): Featuring Poached Lobster, Beef Wellington and indulgent desserts such as Rhum Baba with Lavender-Poached Pear.
