Bar Rioja Festival will return to King’s Cross this summer following a successful inaugural event in 2025, bringing an expanded showcase of Rioja wines, Spanish cuisine and live entertainment to central London.

The festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 4 July 2026, from 1:30pm to 6:30pm in the Victorian courtyard shared by Bar Rioja and Camino on Pentonville Road.
Visitors will have the opportunity to sample 16 wines representing the diversity of Spain’s renowned Rioja region. The selection will include sparkling wines, white wines, rosés and red wines, reflecting both traditional and contemporary styles currently emerging from the region.
Festival-goers will also be able to meet winemakers and producers, enjoy Spanish food including jamón Ibérico and paella, and take part in a programme of live DJ entertainment throughout the afternoon.
In addition to wine tastings, attendees will be able to purchase bottles featured at the event with a 30% discount. A complimentary raffle will also offer guests the chance to win a jeroboam of Beronia Rioja Reserva.
Tickets are priced at £50 and include a tasting of all 16 wines, a choice of prawn and chicken paella or vegetarian paella, and access to the festival’s entertainment programme.
The event is hosted independently by Bar Rioja with support from Rioja Wine UK, which continues to promote Rioja wines across the United Kingdom.
Bar Rioja, which opened in 2023, is dedicated exclusively to wines from the Rioja region and operates from a terrace space within the Camino courtyard. Camino, meanwhile, operates four Spanish restaurant-bars across London, serving Spanish tapas, grilled meats and regional wines.
The festival will take place at 290–292 Pentonville Road, London N1 9NR.
