Spraoi Recipe

50ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
12.5ml Ginger Cordial (optional)
12.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice 12.5ml Gomme Syrup or sweetened water
30ml Kiwi Puree
top with Cloudy English Apple Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with a slice of apple and kiwi.
