Few wines are more evocative of Valentine’s Day than a sparkling rosé.  Innocent Bystander Pink Moscato 2021 from Australia  is gently sparkling, vibrantly pink, aromatic, rich and fruity. 

Made from Muscat of Alexandria and Black Muscat grapes, it displays notes of blackcurrant and Turkish delight, with citrus notes of mandarin peel. This is simply delicious, with intense flavours of strawberry, violets, a touch of honey and a cleansing natural acidity. 

This wine is a delightful discovery, perfect on its own or at the end of a meal. At just just 5.5% alcohol by volume, you may well want to open a second bottle and at £10.99 a bottle, you probably will.

Slingsby Rhubarb Flavoured London Dry Gin is a pink delight. This award-winning  Pink Gin is crafted using locally sourced botanicals, infused with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous ‘Rhubarb Triangle’.
