Pavyllon London introduces La Croissanterie, Chef Yannick Alléno’s all-day take on France’s favourite pastry

Forget waiting until breakfast. At Pavyllon London, the humble croissant has been elevated into an all-day affair with the launch of La Croissanterie, a new concept dedicated entirely to the iconic French pastry.
Set within Pavyllon Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, La Croissanterie brings a taste of Parisian café culture to Mayfair, serving freshly baked, hand-laminated croissants from midday until 8pm, daily.
The menu moves well beyond the traditional butter croissant. Savoury creations include the Caesar Chicken, Scottish Lobster, Arabic Lamb and Asian Wagyu, while sweet offerings range from a decadent Hazelnut Chocolate Croissant with ganache and salted caramel to the Almond Praliné, finished with toasted almonds and vanilla glaze.
Drinks include speciality coffees made with an exclusive Lavazza blend, iced Kagoshima ceremonial matcha, cold brews and JING teas. Guests can also enjoy a selection of Chef Yannick Alléno’s signature chocolate creations.
Designed for everything from a leisurely afternoon pause to an early evening bite, La Croissanterie offers a fresh perspective on one of France’s most beloved culinary staples.
La Croissanterie is open daily from 12pm–8pm at Pavyllon Lounge, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Reservations: 020 7499 0888.
