Baileys have created four delicious cocktails that perfectly combine the world’s No.1 liqueur with coffee. Baileys and coffee are the perfect partners due to the rich bitter notes of espresso blending with the sweet whisky cream liqueur, giving a comforting yet sophisticated taste.

  • Totally Minted Ã¢â‚¬â€œ food and drinks innovation company Bompas & Parr partnered with Baileys to produce this creamy yet refreshing cocktail combining Baileys Chocolat Luxe with espresso and creme de menthe. 
  • Grind Time Ã¢â‚¬â€œ created in partnership with Grind & Co, this delicious brew perfectly combines Baileys, Espresso and Bourbon. 

Flat White Martini

•   50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream

•   25ml Vodka

•   25ml Espresso

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add in a handful of ice, put the lid on tight and shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and then carefully float three roasted coffee beans on the surface.

Molly Bakes x Baileys Freakshake

•   50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream

•   50ml Chilled Espresso

•   3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

•   125ml Cup Milk

•   Chocolate Sauce & Whipped Cream

•   White & Dark Chocolate Ball Sprinkles

•   Cheesecake Brownie

Chill the espresso for 2 hours. Coat the rim of a jar with chocolate ganache or sauce and dip it in sprinkles. Drizzle chocolate sauce down the inside and outside of the jar. Blend the coffee, Baileys, ice cream and half the milk together, gradually adding the remaining milk. Pour the shake into the jar. Add a scoop of ice cream, a swirl of whipped cream and a brownie, then drizzle with more sauce. Finish with sprinkles.

Totally Minted

•   50ml Baileys Chocolat Luxe

•   25ml Espresso

•   5ml White Crème de Menthe

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add in a handful of ice, put the lid on tight and shake hard for 15 seconds. Shake and strain into a tumbler and garnish by floating a mint leaf on top.

Grind Time

•   30ml Baileys Original Irish Cream

•   50ml Espresso

•   25ml Bourbon

•   160ml Steamed Milk

•   Cinnamon and Chocolate Powder

Measure the bourbon and coffee into a cup and add a dash of cold milk. Add Baileys to the remaining milk and steam, then mix this into the rest of the drink. Add a dusting of cinnamon and chocolate. Finish with latte art.
