Coffee cocktails went down a storm at the Tia Maria + Coffee Project at this year’s London Cocktail Week, with around a thousand coffee cocktails sold each day.

The Tia Maria Classic Espresso Martini was a particular hit and proved the most popular. Cocktail lovers also tried new innovative serves such as the Tia Maria Mint Frappe.

Tia Maria has just launched a brand new bottle with a more slender outline, look out for it in the shops.

TIA MARIA CLASSIC ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients:

25ml Tia Maria

25ml vodka

Single/double shot of espresso

5ml sugar syrup

Method:

Shake all ingredients hard

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish with three coffee beans

TIA MARIA MINT FRAPPE

Ingredients:

25ml Tia Maria

Double shot of espresso

6 fresh mint leaves

50ml fresh milk

Method:

Shake all ingredients

Pour over cubed ice

Stir and serve

Garnish with a sprig of mint
