  • 5g grated garlic
  • 100ml grapeseed oil
  • 1 Anchovy
  • 5ml soy sauce
  • 200g Gunma Wagyu Beef


  1. Put your Wagyu aside and mix everything else in a bowl using a whisk
  2. Gradually pout the grapeseed oil in to the mix to prevent separation and then place the mix in the fridge while you cook the steak
  3. Cook the steak in a pre-heated frying pan on a medium heat, for one minute on each side
  4. Take the steak out the pan and place on the side for five minutes and then slice into 2cm by 2cm strips of carpaccio
  5. Take the sauce out of the fridge and serve with the carpaccio

You can also place your steak in the fridge after you’ve cooked it and enjoy as sashimi
