Oblix East has created a spectacular Seafood Brunch, available on the first four weekends of August, to celebrate the summer.

Promising to be a seafood extravaganza, Oblix’s Executive Chef Marcus Eaves has sought to showcase the ultimate seafood feast for a 4 week period.

A long table boasting a delectable display of the likes of porthilly oysters, lobster cocktail, marinated queen scallops, razor clams, dressed portland crab and more, will greet guests on arrival, alongside Oblix’s signature deli brunch selection.

For the main course, an array of seafood dishes are available to order, such as the toasted sourdough, cornish crab, scrambled eggs & oscietra caviar, or josper grilled tiger prawns, lemon verbena & garlic butter.

Guests will then be invited to select from a tempting array of desserts, with both indulgent and lighter options such as the grapefruit & yuzu passet or crunchy meringue with fruit compote available for all.

Oblix East (based on Level 32 of The Shard) is a dining destination with a vibrant atmosphere thanks to the accompanying live music, with views over the iconic Tower Bridge to Canary Wharf and beyond. If brunch is a cause for celebration, guests can opt to enjoy free-flowing Chandon champagne.

Available on Saturday and Sunday in August, 12pm-3:30pm, on the first four weekends (4th, 11th, 18th, 25th August) exclusively, the Oblix East Seafood Brunch starts from £70 per person, or £95 per person for free-flowing Chandon.
