The restaurant will be serving an exclusive set Welsh menu from 23rd February – 9th March.

mcith_bryn.jpgBryn Williams at Somerset House has met much praise for its modern British dining, serving seasonal dishes where – although not necessarily vegetarian – the fruit and vegetable components always take centre stage.

With a relaxed and contemporary environment, Somerset House’s creative community is also the restaurant’s core – reflected through the food, service and design.

The bespoke set menu served to celebrate the one-year anniversary will honour classic Welsh produce, starting with Leek and potato soup, Hafod cheddar scone followed by Slow cooked lamb shoulder, pearl barley and root vegetables.

To finish, the menu offers Pwdin Eva (Welsh apple pudding) vanilla custard.

Priced at £15 for 2 courses and £18 for 3 courses, this is the perfect way for members of the public to celebrate both the anniversary and St David’s Day at their leisure.
