Gaucho Celebrates Beef In London, Dubai, Hong Kong And Buenos Aires.

Gaucho’s 2016 Divine Bovine event will be roaming across the four corners of the earth in a new experience for lovers of Argentine beef and wines and Gaucho glamour.  Kicking off at the Gaucho Piccadilly restaurant at 6.30 pm on Wednesday September 21st, via satellite, Gaucho will transport guests westwards to Sucre in Buenos Aires; south to Gaucho in Dubai and east to Gaucho in Hong Kong over the course of one evening.

Gaucho’s Divine Bovine is an annual celebration of the very best in Argentine Aberdeen Angus beef, and guests will be able to enjoy an extraordinary meal with five of the courses and even a welcoming Dirty Beef Martini, devoted to beef in all its many glories.

Gaucho’s Group Executive Chef Jamie Robertson has created an internationally-influenced menu, paired with Gaucho’s exclusive Argentine wines chosen by Phil Crozier, Gaucho’s Director of Wines.

Dishes include a Coffee and Cocoa Rubbed Ancho Fillet, 12 hour Braised Back Ribs with a hoisin and marmalade glaze, “Steak and Egg” served with chipotle ketchup and heirloom tomatoes, and the Seared Beef Fillet with truffle compote. Dinner will be rounded off by a Malbec Sorbet, and a Coconut and Passionfruit Panna Cotta.
