Jeff Galvin has created two light and flavourful Spring tasting menus, four-courses for only £38.50 per person available for lunch and dinner during the month of April.
The Spring tasting menu at Galvin La Chapelle showcases signature dishes such as parfait of duck liver with blood orange & hazelnut, the luxurious lasagne of Dorset crab, beurre Nantais & pea shoots, succulent corn fed supreme of chicken & wild garlic risotto and an indulgent Yorkshire rhubarb buttermilk panna cotta.
There is also an entire Spring tasting menu dedicated to vegetarians, which includes tangy shaved fennel with zesty grapefruit & avocado purÃƒÂ©e, rich veloutÃƒÂ© of wild garlic with parsley & crÃƒÂ¨me fraiche, a creamy wild mushroom risotto & fine herbs and an indulgent Yorkshire rhubarb buttermilk panna cotta.
