From 26th February to 11th March, FAIR. are teaming up TT Liquor and hosting a series of events for Fairtrade Fortnight 2018, raising money for the Fairtrade Foundation.
FAIR. are a drinks and spirits company dedicated to ethical business practice. They believe in treating all people fairly, and this belief has taken them all over the world to source the best ingredients for their high-quality spirits – and to make sure the people sourcing them are treated fairly and equally.
In fact, they’re the world’s first and only Fairtrade Certified spirits brand – respecting over 200 rules to make sure farmers get a fair price, enabling them to cover production costs, live from farming, educate their children and build schools. Both businesses have the same core belief – to treat people fairly and equally.
Upcoming Events, all hosted at TT Liquor • Launch of Fairtrade Fortnight
FAIR. are hosting a party at TT Liquor in Shoreditch on 28th February, showcasing delicious cocktails using FAIR. Spirits including a sneak preview at the soon to be launched Cacao Liqueur, made using Organic & Fairtrade certified cocoa nibs from Peru.
Guests will be treated to a thought-provoking talk by Paul Bungener – the Global Brand Ambassador for FAIR who will be joined by Euan Venters, Commercial Director for Fairtrade. Euan has more than 25 years’ commercial experience in the FMCG sector. Before joining Fairtrade, Euan was Managing Director for Greene King Brewing & Brands, and prior to that he worked at Sara Lee Corporation for 16 years.

Guests will be greeted with a FAIR gin and tonic, before learning to mix and muddle three FAIR. inspired cocktails under the guidance of an expert mixologist, along with sampling some FAIR. tasters.

There will also be two specialist tastings being held at TT Liquor on 1st and 9th March. Hosted by FAIR., the tastings will showcase their amazing range of Fairtrade spirits including a quinoa vodka, juniper gin and Belize rum, as well as five uniquely favoured and delicious liqueurs – Café, Acai, Pomegranate, Kumquat And Goji.

A specially-curated cocktail menu, available throughout Fairtrade Fortnight at TT Liquor, with £1 from each cocktail sold going directly to the Fairtrade Foundation. Every cocktail will feature ethically sourced spirits.

TT Liquor is a three-floored venue boasting a specialist liquor store and an intimate subterranean cocktail bar, which focus on’cocktail journeys’ and’tasting experiences’. Uniquely, padlocked’member’s boxes’ are available for hire to allow guests to keep private liquor collections at the venue, while the upper floors play host to TT Liquor’s signature supper-clubs, events and experiences, including cocktail making classes.
