Jamavar, the Michelin-starred Indian restaurant will celebrate the best of British game. with an array of game a la carte dishes as well as a limited-edition tasting menu, curated by Executive Chef Surender Mohan.

On offer is a six-course tasting menu, with each course showcasing a different game bird or meat.

Dishes include a pheasant fry from Guntur – a coastal city in the state of Andhra Pradesh – served with allam pachadi, bedki chilli and crunchy poppadum curls; rabbit reshmi kebab with cumin, kale and sprout salad and a refreshing mango relish; and duck vindaloo, starring braised supreme of mallard duck, coconut vinegar, garlic.

Each dish will be served with Hyderabadi-style khatti dal, beetroot and asparagus palya and saffron pulao, as well as a selection of homemade breads.

To round off and complement the tasting menu will be a chocolate mousse served with guanaja, sesame and poppy seed crisp and vanilla bean ice cream. Guests can also enjoy a range of hand-selected wines from the resident sommelier.

The Game Menu at Jamavar will be available from 26th October to 31st January, priced at £105 per person.
