Following the success of the School of Meatology at Heliot Steak House, the world’s first Meatologistâ„¢, Ioannis Grammenos, is pleased to announce a new experience for guests and steak lovers with the launch of the Heliot Steak Club.

Created by Ioannis and his expert team from the School of Meatology, the bimonthly dinner series will celebrate the finest cuts of steak from around the world, whilst educating guests on the reasons why each one is so prized and the best ways to cook them.

Founded in 1963, this family-owned third generation master butcher is passionate about sourcing the finest produce from around the world, specifically USDA and Wagyu beef.
