This summer, Hoppers is introducing its very own toddy tapper inspired Punch Pot Trolley that will roam the vaults of St Christopher’s Place.

Wheeled straight to the semi-private tables, the punch trolley is designed for guests to create their own personalized cocktail concoctions, while digging into the new home style family feast menus.

While guests get stuck into fiery Fish Head Kari with Okra and Green Mango, or 42 hour Ceylonese Lamb Shoulder with Rasa, the punch trolley will weave in and out of the vaults laden with an array of spices, jaggery & infused Arracks for guests to create their favourite mixes, served up in traditional toddy pots for the entire table to share.

Punch infusions will include’Island Spice’ with apple brandy, black pepper, coriander seed, cinnamon, kaffir lime leaf and lemongrass. The floral’Lunuganga’, with Cocchi Rosa, mint, hibiscus, Campari and raspberry Eau de Vie is an ode to the garden residence of the late Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa who inspired the design of the restaurant.

For those not dining in the vaults, Hoppers new summer cocktail menu at St Christopher’s Place features’Neon Sharbat’ with Tanqueray Gin, lemongrass sherbet, pineapple, and gotukola soda; and the frozen multi-coloured Rainbow Gola, with Bols Genever, lime and passionfruit.

Hoppers Family Feast Menus are available for groups of 6-8 in the vaults at Hoppers St Christopher’s Place, and will cost £45 per person. Minimum 48 hours pre-booking required via [email protected]
