Bourne & Hollingsworth, the multi-faceted townhouse in Clerkenwell, which has welcomed new Executive Chef Matthew Harris and introduced ‘An Evening of (Seasonal) Indulgence’; a unique monthly dinner series celebrating the season’s best produce and enlightening the senses with an ever-changing menu and immersive dining experience with live entertainment.

Their next event is Friday September 15th, as we enter Autumn, Bourne & Hollingsworth will champion the abundance of produce that the season brings. 

Matthew and his team will showcase this with dishes to include Smoked duck breast, figs, walnuts; Grilled scallops, artichoke puree, gremolata; Breast of corn fed chicken, cepes, savoy cabbage, coco beans, aioli; finishing the evening with panna cotta, grappa, blackberries; and finally chocolate and vieille prune eau de vie truffles. 

As guests enjoy their meal, live entertainment will weave through the tables, immersing them into the full dining experience.
